Nova Scotia Bar Owners Allowed to Keep Televisions despite loss of Keno
We brought you news last week that Nova Scotia officials have decided to do away with the game of electronic keno. Ticket machines will soon be removed as the revenues earned from the game have been far below what was expected. However all though the machines will be removed bar owners will be allowed to keep the television screens that came with the keno games.

A gaming corporation spokeswoman stated this past week that bar owners will be allowed to keep the televisions after the ticket machines are removed sometime after October 22nd. The gaming corporation would have to pay someone to remove the televisions from over 180 establishments and right now they have no desire to do so.

Robyn MacIsaac of the gaming corporation commented that until they decide on a course of action the establishments will be able to hold on to them. Many bar owners are very happy to keep the televisions. The screen is 42 inches and will be nice to keep for patrons.

Many bar owners are also glad the game is gone. They were not making money from the game but still had to deal with hassle of running the game. So as of right now it is a win/win situation for everyone.
