Right before the official Christmas holiday, one lucky man from Michigan got the surprise of his life when he won $10,000 after buying a $2 ticket to play the Michigan Lottery Club Keno Game. Pat Burris, a taxi driver, came away a lot richer after attending a party on Sunday the 21st.

Mr. Burris was attending a customer appreciation party at a local bar on the Sunday before Christmas when he bought the winning ticket. He had decided to play the Club Keno game and bought the $2 ticket.

He then picked ten numbers and chose the “kicker” multiplier option. The multiplier showed up tow times and then nine of the ten numbers picked by Burris matched the winning numbers. That is how he came away with his $10,000 pay day.

Mr. Burris commented that it was very hard for him to sleep that night and he kept waking up and looking at the winning ticket, stating it was hard to believe. The next morning Mr. Burris went to the local bank that cashes big Club Keno wins to get his prize. His first purchase will be to outfit is truck with new tires.
