Man Charged In Keno Robbery Case
Jeffery James MacKinnon has been charged with seven counts of fraud in British Columbia after video footage was released of MacKinnon taking keno tickets. MacKinnon has gained a good deal of money from the Keno tickets as much as $300 from one ticket.

Since October of last year, MacKinnon has talked store clerks into giving him Keno tickets for free. MacKinnon would then turn the tickets in if he won any money. Although this case is odd, it is still considered theft and MacKinnon was charged. The video footage released of MacKinnon showed him enter a store and steal the tickets.

Police have found that at least seven stores had clerks give MacKinnon tickets but there may be more as many may not have admitted to giving MacKinnon the tickets. MacKinnon has a police track record and at the time of his arrest MacKinnon was on probation. He is currently serving house arrest for petty theft and spent a day in jail for drug possession.
