The California Bar in Omaha, Nebraska was robbed recently of their Keno money but what may surprise you is that the robbery was done by three people, one being a twelve year old boy. Not only was the store robbed by the twelve year old boy and his accomplices but the workers were held at gunpoint and the owner was beaten.

Employees at the bar stated that as they were closing down the Keno register, three people walked in. Eighteen year old Charles Tolbert and the twelve year old walked up to the employees and demanded money. A third man held a gun on the employees.

Sometime during the robbery Tolbert hit Lily Estes, the bar owner and she was left hurt with a swollen face and arm pain. The three men took off and Tolbert and the twelve year old were found a block away. Both were arrested for robbery. The twelve year old will be seen by the juvenile court system.
