Apache Gold Casino Resort Cuts Keno Games
The economy has affected everyone in every type of business. Reports are constantly coming out that businesses are closing due to the rough economy. In the gambling industry the casinos have been hit hard. Tribal casinos have been affected as well. Even though they operate under different aspects than others the Tribal casinos have had to make changes to keep in step with the current economy.

One tribal casino that recently made changes was the Apache Gold Casino Resort owned by the San Carlos Apache tribe. The Casino has cut all keno games from the casino and closed their golf course as well. Visitors to the casino will no longer be able to find keno at the casino and it may be some time before the game is brought back to the floor.

The casino also laid off forty five workers. This is a large number compared to the changes that other tribal casinos have made. Apache Gold Casino Resort has seen a large drop in revenue at the casino so the drastic changes needed to be made.

And it made a while before casinos are able to operate as normal. If the economy does not change soon people will have less and less money they can spend on recreational activities. We may see more and more casinos taking the same measures as the Apache Gold Casino Resort.
